ok so this is my first attempt at something like this i found this site by following a link via google while i was searching for cross stitch patterns - something which is a passion of mine - that and collecting patterns off the net - which is where i found the link here ... if that makes sense Lol where to start - im liz and im in the UK, im married to my hubby dave, and i have 2 children from a previous relationship. Both dave and i are bikers, we love the open road, we are both dotted with tattoos and we both love to listen to rock music - both classic and modern. apart from my love of motorbikes , my other hobbies are reading fantasy novels, collecting fantasy art, anything to do with celtic history, beit the music the art or the stories ... and i have celtic tattoos as i love the art work that much ... and of course i love to cross stitch which is the reason im here :-) I think im going to use this site to share my cross stitch patterns ... that i have collected over the years and most of which i have found on the net. i have allot of patterns in various magazines and books that i have but i have no way to transfer them onto my pc. id just like to have a short rant about the patterns that people share on here - and im not going to say its a bad thing either ... over here in the uk it seems that the copyright laws are way too strict meaning that if u have bought something like a pattern, you are not allowed to share it .... which i think is totally wrong ... u should be allowed to do with it what u will ... u paid for the damn thing in the first place !!!! (breathe !!!! ) i think its fantastic that peeps on the net share their patterns and i think that more peeps should do it, as long as someone bought it in the first place it doesnt matter who gets it next and more websites that people can use to share these are long over due - bugger copyright laws !!!  right rant over - have fun peeps and it might take me a while to figure out how to put files on here ... but ill get there in the end  TTFN xx
